Unbeatable location – I’d recommend the rooms with balconies, from which you can watch the elephants come out just before the park opens. Clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was brilliant – just like home. As an aside, we’ve rarely come across such good orange juice in other hotels or cafés. We’d definitely go back, no question about it!!!

100% recommended if you’re looking for quiet, clean, comfortable accommodation in a great location, from which you can reach anywhere in Cantabria in under an hour. If you’re looking for somewhere near Cabárceno Park, you couldn’t get any closer… the next best thing would be sleeping with the elephants 🙂 We went with a young child, and it was great. The room had a king-size bed and a cot for the child. He really enjoyed the views of the park. The room has air conditioning in case it gets too hot... and having AC in the north isn’t very common. Another point in its favour. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is simple, but with plenty of options and more than enough. If we return to Cantabria, we’ll definitely stay here again.
